On August 6, CEO of FEV Engine Technology Co., Ltd. Stefan Pischinger visited
Weichai for the second time with his Chinese business team. Chairman Tan Xuguang
met and had friendly talks with the guests, and the two sides reached agreement
on further deepening technical cooperation under the new economic situation.
Chairman Tan Xuguang said that during the economic downturn, companies should do more in technical reserves in preparation for the opportunities when the economy takes a turn for the better. He hoped the two sides could further strengthen cooperation for the continuous development of the businesses in China. With the achievements of the cooperation, he added, hopefully values can be created for both the companies and the customers.
Stefan Pischinger said that FEV is positively reinforcing the service for customers in China. Besides the establishment of R&D centers in Dalian, Shanghai, and Beijing, it will further expand the scope of services in China. He also said that with the nice and fruitful cooperation of the past, the two sides can expand the areas of cooperation by working together on the advanced technologies.
